SZL Series Double Drum Chain Grate Biomass Water Boiler
SZL Series Double pot chain steel bowl biomass hot water boiler, the main engine of the boiler longitudinal double pot, in the pot barrel installed a steam-water separation device, installed a device, fireplace left and right water-cooled fireplace pipeline. Use light chain. Fuel is automatically heated and distributed to the combustion chamber, convection tube and tail of the furnace with coal miner, air preheater, distributor and mechanical ventilator. Fuel flows into the furnace, smoke stove and gas chamber through interlocking flow. Flow pipe, sex coal machine or air preheater, washing machine, vacuum cleaner, smoke pipe, final exhaust.
Product Features
1. High efficiency grate:
Boiler grate adopts double side ventilation, which is brought naturally to the front end of boiler row by dust cleaning technology, which avoids air leakage, fuel leakage and uneven ventilation, and is easy to operate, and has obvious advantages compared with ordinary grate.
2. Convenient ash cleaning:
Many ash cleaning holes can be set up on the boiler, which can remove ash in time and effectively, avoid the trouble of operation and decrease of thermal efficiency caused by boiler ash accumulation, and ensure the stability of boiler load.
3.High safety:
The water supply is controlled by microcomputer, and the water is fed automatically. Equipped with water shortage, overpressure protection and other devices, safe and reliable.
